If your shipment has been dispatched but hasn’t reached you yet, don’t worry — we’re here to help. Here’s what might have happened and how we can work together to resolve it:

  1. Shipment Shows as Delivered, But You Haven’t Received It
    Sometimes, a package may be marked as delivered even if it hasn’t reached you yet. If that happens, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivery status update.
    This allows us to raise the issue with our courier partners within their required 72-hour action window.
  2. Shipment Status Shows “Exception”
    If there was a failed delivery attempt, we can escalate the matter and request a reattempt through our delivery partners.
    Just contact us at support@velvoy.com and we’ll take care of it.
  3. Shipment Marked as “RTO Delivered”
    Some courier partners label return shipments (Return to Origin) as “delivered” even before they reach us.
    We only consider these as truly delivered after we inspect and restock them in our inventory — so don’t worry, we’ll notify you once that’s done.
  4. Shipment Appears Lost
    If your shipment hasn’t moved for over 10 days, we’ll treat it as a potential lost package and take it up with the courier.
    Once confirmed, we’ll offer you a full refund or a free reprint and reshipment — whichever you prefer.

We understand how concerning this can feel — but don’t worry, we’re here to help. 

Sometimes, payments may get deducted even if the order doesn’t go through successfully. In most cases, banks automatically reverse such transactions within 7–10 business days.

As a first step, we recommend checking your bank account to confirm if the amount has indeed been debited. If it has and you haven’t received a refund yet, simply reach out to us at support@velvoy.com with your payment details — and we’ll make sure to look into it and assist you promptly.

We understand the convenience of COD, and we’d love to offer it everywhere — but sometimes, this option may not appear because it’s currently unavailable for your postal code.
Not to worry! You can still complete your order using secure payment methods like Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking. Alternatively, if it’s more convenient, you can choose a different delivery address where COD is supported.

  • This helps us quickly understand what went wrong and offer you the best resolution — whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

⚠️ If the item was accidentally damaged while opening (like with scissors), we may not be able to help — unless the video clearly shows the issue was already there.
🚚 If you notice any damage at the time of delivery, kindly mention it to the courier while signing the slip. This helps us raise the issue with the courier and support you more efficiently.
