•We accept exchanges free of cost. This means you wont be charged extra to exchange the product(s). It’s on us! We want your experience to be hassle-free.

Easy Returns

For Prepaid Orders: Your entire amount will be promptly refunded to your original payment mode, whether it’s your bank account or credit card or any other mode of payment.
Cash On Delivery : A refund will be initiated to the bank account that is provided by you at the time of raising a return.
Exchange For Something Else
In case of an exchange, you are also allowed to choose a different product. If the value of the replacement product exceeds that of the previously purchased product, you can pay just the difference else if it’s less, the same can be refunded to you as a gift card.

If Your Order Couldn’t Be Delivered (RTO – Return to Origin)

Sometimes, despite everyone’s best effort, a package might not reach you. When that happens, it gets returned to our warehouse safely.

Here are a few common reasons this might occur:

  • Address is incomplete or incorrect
  • Courier couldn’t contact you
  • The COD amount wasn’t ready
  • Delivery was refused
  • Door/premises was closed
  • Area became restricted or non-serviceable
  • You requested self-pickup or delivery on a later date
  • Weather or external delays

But don’t worry — we hold your returned order safely for 100 days, giving you ample time to get in touch and request reshipment to your or any alternative address. 💌

📬 Just share your Order ID, and we’ll arrange the reshipment for a flat ₹100.
If 100 days pass without a request, the product will no longer be eligible for re-shipping.

🔍 Tip: Double-check your address before confirming your order to help ensure timely delivery!

Here’s what a complete address should include:

  • Door or Flat Number
  • Street Name & Locality
  • City, State, Pincode
  • A nearby Landmark (optional but helpful)


🔁 If Something Isn’t Right With Your Order

We do our best to deliver quality every single time. But if your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or not quite right, please don’t worry — we’ll fix it.

Here’s how we can help:

  • Let us know within 7 days of delivery
  • Share an unboxing video, along with clear photos of the product and outer packaging

This helps us understand exactly what went wrong and offer a solution quickly — whether it’s a refund or a replacement.

📌 Please note: Without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process replacements or refunds. We want to help — this just ensures fairness for all sides.

⚠️ If the item gets damaged while opening (for example, using scissors), we may not be able to replace or refund unless the video clearly shows the damage existed before.

🚚 Noticed damage when the courier handed it to you? Kindly mention it while signing the delivery slip — this helps us claim it from the courier and support you faster.

🕐 Processing time for returns: 2–3 weeks (from pickup to resolution)


👕 Ordered the Wrong Size?

We totally get it — choosing the perfect size online can sometimes be tricky. 💛 That’s why we always recommend double-checking our size chart before placing your order to make sure it’s just right for you.

Since each product is made-to-order and printed specifically in the size you selected, we’re unable to offer replacements for sizing errors. You can still Place a fresh order for the correct size anytime.


💸 If Your Order Is Lost

If your shipment hasn’t been delivered within 10 days, we completely understand how concerning that can be. 💛 In such cases, we’ll immediately escalate the matter with our courier partner to investigate and mark the package as lost, if applicable.
Once confirmed, we’ll either issue a full refund or dispatch a fresh order — whichever works best for you. We’re committed to making sure you receive what you love.


If Your Order Comes Back to Us (RTO)

Despite our best efforts, orders may occasionally return to us due to incomplete addresses or missed delivery attempts. This often happens because courier partners follow different delivery policies — while some may try 2–3 times, others (like Amazon or Delhivery) might attempt delivery just once.

In such cases, we won’t be able to process a refund. But don’t worry — we’ll keep your returned package safe for 100 days, giving you plenty of time to reach out for a reshipment to the same on a new address. 💛

📬 Just share your Order ID, and we’ll arrange the reshipment for a flat ₹100.


🚫 Ineligible Refund/Replacement Cases

To stay fair to all customers, there are a few scenarios where refunds or replacements can’t be offered:

  1. If the order was marked delivered but no issue was raised within 24 hours
  2. If damage/fraud wasn’t noted on the delivery slip (POD)
  3. If there’s no valid unboxing video or visible proof
  4. If the area becomes restricted/unserviceable after placing the order

Returned packages are sent to our warehouse:
